Welcome to Anarnova MU Online (the "Service"). By creating an account and using our community-run MU Online private server, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Anarnova is a free, non-profit community project providing a private server experience for fans of MU Online. MU Online is a registered trademark of Webzen Inc.; this project is operated by independent fans and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webzen Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Rules

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person may register multiple accounts, but accounts may not be shared between people for the purpose of evading bans.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fair Play Policy

To keep the community fair, the following are not permitted:

• Use of unauthorized third-party tools that automate gameplay.
• Exploitation of bugs or balance issues without reporting them.
• Real-money trading of in-game items or accounts.
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech directed at other players or staff.
• Impersonation of staff members.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent closure at the discretion of the administration team.

5. Donations and Virtual Items

Any donations made are voluntary contributions toward server operating costs. Virtual items, currency, or perks received in connection with donations have no monetary value, are non-transferable to other services, and may be modified or removed at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or the preservation of in-game progress in the event of database loss or migration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Anarnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
