This Privacy Policy describes how Anarnova ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our community MU Online private server.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account:

• Account credentials: username and a hashed version of your password (Argon2id). We never store passwords in plaintext on the web layer.
• Email address: used for account recovery and important announcements only. No marketing emails.

When you play, the game server records standard gameplay data (character progress, inventory, login times, IP address used to connect).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the server and provide gameplay features.
• To prevent abuse of multiple accounts or automated tools.
• To send service-related notifications (downtime, account warnings).
• To investigate violations of our Terms of Service.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
• We do not embed third-party tracking pixels.

4. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — DDoS protection and content delivery. May process your IP address and request metadata.
• Hosting provider — hosts the website and game server.

5. Your Rights

You may request:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your account and associated data (this permanently removes your characters and progress).

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete the account.
